Reading the information in human and other genomes

I am interested in reading the information in human and other genomes: mapping and sequencing; characterizing genetic variation; unraveling the basis of human disease; identifying positive selection; identifying somatic mutations underlying cancer; identifying conserved functional regions; deciphering the chromatin structure of genomes; understanding the role of lincRNAs; reading the 3D structure of genome architecture; and developing algorithms.
