My lab explores how glial cells remove synapses to form mature neuronal circuits. We seek to identify the molecular cues marking synapses for glia-mediated elimination and the mechanisms translating synaptic activity to the display of such cues. We are also studying the activity-dependent regulation of synaptic receptors.
