Epigenetics of DNA repair studied in living cells

We are interested in structures and processes in the cell nucleus. My team is focused on nuclear structures that regulate transcription or DNA repair. Another field of research is the study of epigenetic events, especially aimed at post-translation modifications of histones. The main part of the research is dedicated to DNA repair in living cells. DNA repair processes are studied in cancer cells or embryonic stem cells.

Keywords: DNA repair / cell cycle regulation / cancer / stem cell biology / epigenetics

Subject area(s): Chromatin & Transcription | Genome Stability & Dynamics | Molecular Medicine
