My lab utilizes advanced imaging techniques to ask fundamental questions about the cellular and molecular events that drive B cell activation. Our goal is to understand the signals that are required to induce efficient B cell activation. This knowledge can be translated not only into the understanding of protective immunity but also into the prevention of autoimmunity.
