Progenitor niche dynamics in organ development

Our research aims to uncover how organs form during development. Combining experimental and computational approaches in mouse and human models, we study how distinct lineages arise from common progenitors and how environmental interactions shape cell identity and function. We focus on progenitor niche dynamics in pancreatic and hepatic lineage differentiation, aiming at translating developmental principles into regenerative therapies.
