Antisense-mediated regulation and mRNP biogenesis
My group is interested in the regulation of mRNA biogenesis and export through nuclear pores as well as in the importance of nuclear organization in gene expression. Another theme concerns the the role of long non-coding RNAs in transcriptional regulation using the yeast S. cerevisiae as a model system.
