My group's research is on the development of mathematical and computational methods for building, refinement and validation of 3D models of macromolecules. Using Bayesian statistics, we combine crystallographic, cryoEM, and NMR data together with the available chemical and structural prior knowledge to derive reliable models. We implement the developed methods in software tools and distribute them to the structural biology community.
