Work in my laboratory is focused on all aspects of skeletal biology from developmental biology to physiology. At the present time our work is focused on the impact of bone on whole organism physiology through its secretion of one hormone, osteocalcin. This work is pursued mainly in the mouse with extension to human whenever possible.
