My research interests are focused on understanding the cell biology of polarised secretion from lymphocytes, using insights gained from genetic disease to identify the molecular mechanisms underlying this process. My work has identified a novel role for the centrosome in directing polarised secretion in several immune cell types and, more recently, my group has revealed that this is controlled by Hh signalling.
