Our research group uses saturation mutagenesis, high-throughput functional assays, and computational models to study relationships between RNA sequence, structure and function. We are particularly interested in understanding how perturbations of RNA-RNA and RNA-protein interactions influence the expression levels and biological roles of RNAs.
