DNA repair and RNA metabolism in human disease
We investigate the molecular mechanisms by which DNA breaks are detected and repaired, and are particularly interested in the identification and characterisation of protein factors and pathways that link aberrant DNA repair and alteration in RNA metabolism to human neurological disease and cancer.
