Wnt signalling in stem cells and cancer
The lab studies the role of the Wnt pathway in adult stem cell biology and in cancer, with a particular emphasis on the gut. For this, multiple genetic mouse models have been created and long-term 3D culture systems have been established for a range of adult stem cell-driven epithelial organoids.
