The main interests of my lab are molecular chaperones, protein aggregation and disaggregation; and membrane perforation in host-pathogen interactions. We use single particle cryo electron microscopy and tomography, along with cryo EM of vitrified or FIB-milled sections and correlative fluorescence microscopy/EM.
