Our lab aims to unravel the principles and molecular regulation of functional vascular networks in development and disease. We develop genetic tools to image and manipulate molecules, complexes, and cells in mouse and zebrafish models, as well as in novel human vessel-on-chip and vascularized organoid models. Predictive computational modeling and experimentation jointly deliver a systems-level understanding of endothelial function.
