Programming of DNA methylation
Our group is interested in DNA methylation as an annotation system for stably regulating gene expression both during development and as a part of life experience. We study how DNA methylation patterns are established and try to understand the mechanism of this process. In addition, we are deciphering the molecular logic of epigenetic regulation, in general.
