Cell biology of adult stem cell niches
Our laboratory tries to identify molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation adult neural stem cells in adult mice, trying to understand how their quiescence/activation as well as their multipotency and long-maintenance are modulated by niche signals. We try to identify signaling events acting in adult niches and their interaction with NSC intrinsic control mechanisms.
