Cell Signaling and Proteomics of Aging

We use proteomics and chemical biology-based approaches to elucidate at the molecular level the role of ADP-ribosylation in biological processes. We are particularly interested in understanding how ADP-ribosylation by PARP1, an important target for cancer therapy, regulates the DNA damage response.
