My major interest is biomolecular systems dynamics, and the method I use is computational modeling. Major application areas are neurotransmitter transport and neurosignaling events, molecular machinery and allosteric communication. I have introduced and further developed elastic network models for protein dynamics, which have found broad applications in structural biology and molecular biophysics.
