For over 20 years our group has developed biochemical techniques that allowed us to analyze different aspects of protein structure-function relationships. We then shifted our interests towards therapeutic proteins and drug delivery systems. We aim to develop new approaches to treat cancer and accelerate wound healing. The group exceeds now the size of 20 people, including experienced PhD scientistst, PhD students, and undergraduates.
Keywords: Protein engineering / protein-protein recognition / signalling proteins & domains / bionanotechnology / phage display
