My lab studies regulatory proteins that are essential to cell logistics, mainly small GTPases and their regulators. We use integrative structural biology approaches to investigate the mechanisms by which these proteins process information and assemble signaling platform at the surface of cellular membranes. We apply this knowledge to the discovery of inhibitors and the understanding of the molecular basis of diseases.
