Our group brings together an interdisciplinary team of biologists, physicists and computer scientists to build multi-scale computer simulations of a paradigm of organogenesis – mammalian limb development. To create and test these simulations, we combine quantitative 3D imaging, morphometrics, in vitro culture, and a variety of perturbation approaches, such as genetics, signalling inhibition, and physical manipulation of limb buds.
