Antibody mimetics and rational drug design

We work on medicinal chemistry of relevant enzymes and immune receptors. We have developed synthetic mimetics of antibodies based on hydrophilic polymers decorated by specific ligands that can replace antibodies in many applications as well as a sensitive method for enzyme detection and quantification based on specific inhibitors conjugated to an oligonucleotide probe. We use these platforms for exploring interesting therapeutic targets.
