Our interest is to determine how lymphocytes and cancer cells decide between living and dying, with a focus on TNF receptor family members and their associated signaling pathways. Our work is aimed at improving immunotherapy of cancer and to contribute to the design of novel anti-cancer therapies by exploiting cell death signaling pathways.
