Our goal is to identify novel genes and mechanisms involved in the formation and the regulation of synaptic functions using the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans as an experimental model, with specific interest for mechanisms controlling the localization and function of the ligand-gated acetylcholine and GABA receptors.
