Telomeric chromatin in health and disease

Our laboratory combines telomeric chromatin analysis by mass spectrometry, biochemistry and molecular genetics to study the function, the dynamics and maintenance of telomere structures in normal development and disease. Particular interests include the analysis of the long noncoding RNA TERRA at chromosome ends.

Keywords: Telomeres / telomerase / genetic instability / long noncoding RNA / TERRA
