My group is interested in development of multi-dimensional models for the analysis of energy landscape of proteins with complex structure, such as proteins with non trivial topology – knots, slipknots, lassos and links. We apply analytical methods and bioinformatics tools to predict protein structures, interactions and folding mechanisms; mechanical properties of proteins, degradation and translation; and protein-ligand interactions.
