Chromosome replication and genome integrity

The main interest of my lab is study the mechanisms and regulation of chromosome replication, in order to determine how proliferating eukaryotic cells preserve the integrity of their genomes and maintain epigenetic information. Our work is focused on trying to understand the structure, function and regulation of the eukaryotic replisome.
