Mechanisms of early human embryo development

My laboratory is interested in the molecular mechanisms that regulate early human development. We investigate mechanisms that are conserved and divergent using comparative embryology approaches. We also use these insights to inform and expand the repertoire of human embryonic and extraembryonic stem cell models.
