My current research interest is theoretical neuroscience including genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, which provides a quantitative basis for describing what initiates Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis, determining how it progresses, uncovering the general principles by which it operates, can be prevented and treated.
Keywords: Molecular biology & cause of Alzheimer's disease (AD) / App-gene family, function, biogenesis & metabolism / amyloid toxicity / genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics & proteomics of AD and neurodegeneration
Subject area(s): Molecular Medicine | Neuroscience | Proteins & Biochemistry
