Chaperones in protein disaggregation and refolding

My group is interested in the role and mechanisms of action of chaperone proteins in different cellular processes. We are specifically trying to determine the molecular mechanism of cooperation between chaperones involved in disaggregation of protein aggregates. Our long term goal is to understand the functional interactions and crosstalk between components of a chaperone network.
