In the last four years, our team has developed a novel brain cancer organoid model. Indeed, we generated human iPSC-derived medulloblastoma cancer organoids by introducing genetic alterations found in human cancer. Now, we are taking advantage of this technology to produce novel brain cancer organoids that we are then using to address fundamental cancer biology questions.
