My lab develops image-based approaches to simultaneously quantify multiple phenotypic and molecular features of large numbers of single cells and their microenvironment, and applies this to understand the origins of cell-to-cell variability, and to obtain unbiased integrative views on classical cell biological questions in virus infection, endocytosis, membrane organisation, signal transduction, and nonmembrane-bound compartmentalisation.
