Regulatory genomics and systems biology
My group is interested in understanding how regulation is achieved at different scales of complexity (molecular, systems and genome scale) in cellular systems and how they influence genome evolution. We place a particular emphasis on understanding how the precise structure and intrinsically disordered regions of proteins contribute to cellular regulation with the ultimate goal of deciphering the molecular basis of human diseases.
