DNA repair and CRISPR

Our lab is focussed on the molecular biology and evolution of informational processes and pathways in archaea. We have particular interests in pathways involving nucleic acid:protein interactions such as DNA repair and the CRISPR system of antiviral defence. We utilise a combination of structural, molecular and micro-biology, biochemistry and bioinformatics.
