My lab studies brain metastasis. We use in-vitro, ex-vivo and in-vivo experimental approaches together with human samples to dissect the biology of organ colonization by cancer cells. We are particularly interested in the molecular characterization of new cellular networks that are established between metastatic cells and the brain microenvironment, in order to exploit them as therapeutic targets.
