Our group uses structural biology and biochemical methods to understand the mechanisms of processing of nucleic acids – DNA and RNA. The main focus of our research is on DNA repair: we study in particular nucleases involved in this process, and reverse transcription. We are also interested in RNA processing in mitochondria.
