Epigenetics and cell fate in mammalian development

My lab studies how early mouse development is regulated by chromatin-mediated processes, that is, by 'epigenetic' information. We are interested in how transitions in cell potency and cell fate are regulated by chromatin-mediated processes. For this we follow 3 different axes, which are designed to understand the changes in chromatin structure and dynamics that underlie early mammalian development and reprogramming.
