My lab combines cell biology and immunology to unravel how membrane trafficking, cytoskeleton remodeling and proteostasis control B cell activation. By using quantitative imaging approaches, we study the ability of B cells to sense, acquire and present antigens. Our goal is to understand how these functions are fine-tuned by external cues imposed by the physical properties of the environment as well as by inflammation.
