My group aims at developing a systems understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying cell and tissue organization. We are combining our expertise in endocytosis with the development of quantitative multi-parametric image analysis approaches that allow us to analyze data from high-throughput screens. We are now applying this methodology to the multi-scale analysis of tissue organization and function.
