Antileukemic L-asparaginases at atomic resolution

We are interested in structural enzymology of L-asparaginases, with focus on enzymes with antileukemic properties and on inhibition of enzymes from fungal pathogens. Methodologically, we aim at the highest resolution of macromolecular structure determination.
