My current (2016) research activity is focussed on the application of structural biology to drug discovery and design in the fields of anti-virals, antibiotics, and anti-cancer molecules. Additionally, our group is developing activities in structural vaccinology, and in the study of transcription factors. A final research line is linked to the study of amyloidogenic processes and protein misfolding disease.
