Spatially resolved transcriptomics

Our group develops and applies novel spatial genomics approaches based on padlock probes, rolling circle amplification and in situ sequencing. We conduct Cell Atlasing projects of healthy and disease tissues, and investigate the molecular and cellular heterogeneity of tumors.
