Protein folding and agregation in vitro

Before retiring in 2005, I contributed to numerous experimental studies on protein folding and protein agregation using rapid mixing, spectroscopy (absorption, fluorescence spectra and quenching, FRET, circular dichroism) and monoclonal antibodies as conformational probes.
