Understanding protein regulation is crucial for decoding cellular processes. Protein function is often modulated without changing the concentration of the protein and will be reflected in changes of the biophysical properties of the protein. We develop and apply methods, including protein stability proteomics methods, to systematically profile protein biophysical properties and reveal novel insights into protein function and cellular phenotypes.
