Chromatin and transcription control, cancer

I am interested in genetic and epigentic control of gene expression during development and disease including cancer. By conditional inactivation of genes encoding for transcription factors like HNF1, JunD or the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex we generated a number of mouse models for cancer, type 2 diabetes and polycystic kidney disease.
