Structure and function of macromolecular machines

The lab uses an integrated approach to study the structure and function of large macromolecular machines engaged in genome maintenance. We work on cullin-RING ubiquitin ligases in DNA repair examining the mechanisms through which they are regulated. A further focus is on telomeres, their architectures and ways in which telomeres signal to DNA repair systems.
