Our lab investigates how hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) dormancy is regulated during homeostasis, ageing, and hematological diseases. Using genetic models, dietary interventions, primary human samples, and single-cell multi-omics approaches, we study the metabolic and epigenetic mechanisms that preserve blood stem cell function across the lifespan and identify strategies for human healthy ageing and treatment of blood disorders.
