Genetics and biology of pædiatric cancers

My group focuses on the mechanisms of development of cancer, mainly in the field of pædiatric cancers. We combine genetic approaches to identify germline or somatic mutations and functional approaches based on various cell or animal models. Major interets are in EWS/FLI-1 function in Ewing's sarcoma, ALK activating mutation in neuroblastoma and SMARCB1 inactivating mutations in rhabdoid tumours.
