Our work focuses on computational biology and structural bioinformatics, in particular on (i) understanding the physical principles of protein-protein interactions and modeling structural interactome and microbiome; (ii) extracting biologically relevant information from large databases, such as reconstructing protein-protein interface datasets, predicting hot spots and hot regions in protein interfaces; and (iii) understanding the molecular mechanisms of protein function by investigating protein dynamics.
