Our lab is studying the circadian clock using Arabidopsis thaliana as a model system. We are interested on the signaling networks and mechanisms of clock function. We focus on the interplay among clock components and the regulatory processes responsible for the generation of the 24-hour biological rhythms. The connection of the clock with changes in chromatin structure is another main area of our research.
